US&A does metering work at its shop for utilities. That work
includes acceptance testing; installing AMR units on meters; cleaning, testing
and calibrating meters from the field; and programming meters and AMR
units.
US&A has installed Hunt, Itron, and other AMR units. The meters are calibrated and
the units are programmed to the utility's
specifications.
US&A can work in the utility's metering shop, adding resources when
needed to respond to peak workload.
US&A also performs field
services including AMR installations or comprehensive evaluations of
metering installations.
